A well-known tech. company is hiring for an onsite Technical Sourcer in San Diego! Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team in San Diego, CA. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting and talent acquisition, particularly in sourcing Software Development Engineers (SDEs). Responsibilities: + Execute full-cycle and sourcing, recruiting for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. + Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and track candidates throughout the recruitment process. + Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruiting solutions. + Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates and build relationships with potential future hires. + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the recruitment process. Essential Skills: + 4-8 years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting for Software Development Engineers (SDEs). + Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools. + Strong sourcing skills, particularly on LinkedIn and other professional networks. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in full-cycle recruiting. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in San Diego, CA. You will be working in a professional office environment with all necessary technologies and equipment provided to perform your duties effectively. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
