  • Job Summary






    • Under the supervision of the Business Manager the Office Coordinator provides administrative support for the Public Safety and Security department. The Office Coordinator has knowledge of organizational policies and functions within the department. Responsibilities include answering phones, dispatching public safety staff to needed locations, creating badges, access control, effective customer relations, and priority setting skills.

    • Education




      • Required: High school diploma or equivalent






    • Experience




      • Required: At least 1 year of previous office experience






    • Skills




      • Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple projects



      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills





      • Excellent customer service skills







      • Proficient computer skills







      • Excellent time management, interpersonal, presentation, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.







      • Ability to write effective documentation on processes and procedures.
