NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the part-time position of Building Services Assistant based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
The Building Services Assistant is responsible for executing the day-to-day tasks for the successful operation of the facility.
Duties include but are not limited to: - Maintain inventory on all floors to ensure adequate supply stock for employees and visitors (office supplies, beverages, etc.).
- Accept, sort and deliver mail / packages.
- Assist with the setup of meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
- Assist with the packaging of materials for shipment as needed.
- Create labels for shipping using multiple platforms, including FedEx, UPS, USPS.
- Perform light maintenance and repairs as needed, including installing whiteboards, picture hanging, changing lightbulbs, and other projects as requested; monitor facility (in the course of day-to-day tasks) and report any irregularities that need to be addressed.

Required skills / experience: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license required
- Able to work independently and meet established deadlines
- Able to prioritize tasks and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Able to interact professionally with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
