Job Title: Water Transfer Tech

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Water Operator to join our team. This position requires working 6-7 days a week, with a commitment of roughly 60-80 hours a week. The role may include per diem opportunities, requiring flexibility for travel, and availability for day or night shifts. The work environment is challenging, and operations continue regardless of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lay and construct 6 and 10 inch poly, yellow mine, and aluminum water transfer lines.
• Monitor pumps, tanks, lines, and other field equipment used in the water transfer process.
• Use hand and some power tools when needed.
• Monitor frac tanks to ensure they have a sufficient amount of water for the site.
• Perform general labor duties related to the process.
• Walk lines in the field to check for leaks in the system.

Essential Skills

• At least 6+ months of outdoor or industrial experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in the oil & gas industry or at least 6+ years of related experience (construction, manufacturing, landscaping, etc.).

Work Environment

This role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain and shine and winter months. Communication will be conducted via radio, cellular, and satellite, depending on compatibility. Our equipment includes Diesel and Electric Pumps, controlled both remotely and autonomously using a SCADA system. Employees must provide their own steel toe boots within the first week as a safety requirement for the job location.

This is a Contract position based out of Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
