The Canopy by Hilton, a stylish modern boutique hotel located in the lively heart of Downtown Grand Rapids, is on the lookout for 3rd shift Valet Attendants to join their team! In this position, you will warmly greet guests, responsibly park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a smooth and organized parking experience. Please note: To be considered for this position, candidates must be available at minimum Fridays & Saturdays from 11pm-7am. Additional hours may also be offered.
JOB SUMMARY: The Valet Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling, parking, and retrieval of hotel guest vehicles.

REQUIRED/PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record – satisfactory criminal background screening required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, stand for long periods of time, ability to walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position requires variable hours based on the needs of the hotel.
