Job Description: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided). Certification (RIMS-CRMP or CPHRM) required within 1 year of hire. Lean/Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt) preferred. Minimum of 5 years management experience in hospital setting required. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, risk management frameworks, and HIPAA requirements. Previous experience in performance improvement, compliance, and risk preferred. EMR: Meditech Expanse. Quality Coordinator (RN) Patient Safety/Risk Officer (RN) Infection Control Nurse Patient Advocate/Patient Experience Coordinator (Inpatient & Outpatient) Information System Analyst Abstractor. Required vaccinations: MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza Hep B (Level I and II), and Meningococcal.
