Finary is a hybrid remote company. Our talented team is currently based in France and across Europe. Our office is located in the heart of Paris, and we organize on-site every 6 weeks.

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled software engineer to build and maintain internal tools that empower our Customer Care & Operations teams. Your work will be essential in streamlining workflows, automating repetitive tasks, and improving data accessibility, allowing these teams to operate efficiently and deliver a superior customer experience.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, automation, and building internal tools that make a real impact on operational efficiency. Whether your expertise lies in backend, automation, integrations, or full-stack development, we’re looking for an engineer who can own projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously improve our internal systems.

What You’ll Do

As a key contributor, you will:

  • Design & implement scalable internal tools and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Develop integrations between internal and external systems , ensuring seamless data flow for Care & Ops teams.

  • Automate and optimize workflows , reducing manual work and enabling faster customer request resolution.

  • Identify areas for improvement in existing tooling, refactoring and optimizing for performance, usability, and scalability.

  • Engage closely with Customer Care, Ops, and Product teams to ensure solutions align with their needs and improve overall efficiency.

  • Ensure that internal tools and integrations are scalable, secure, and cost-efficient , adapting to the company’s growth.

  • Set up monitoring and alert systems to ensure reliability and fast issue resolution.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Customer Care, Operations, and Product teams.

  • Security & Reliability Mindset – Ensure internal tools are secure, reliable, and cost-efficient.

  • No-Code/Low-Code Experience – Use tools like Zapier, Make, or Retool for rapid internal solutions.

  • Customer Support & Ops Tools Knowledge – Familiarity with platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or Salesforce.

  • SQL & Data Handling – Query, manipulate, and integrate data efficiently.

  • Scripting & Automation – Use Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting to automate tasks.
