Roles & Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Report discrepancies between inventory counts and shipping/receiving documents.
• Ensure safe loading/off-loading of pallets to prevent damage.
• Locate and retrieve products and replenish picking locations.
• Assist in other warehouse roles as needed, acting as backup during absences or vacations.

Experience Required

• 1 year of relevant experience required (in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED).
• Experience with multiple types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker is preferred.

Skills & Certifications

• Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting distribution documents.
• Experience in operating MHE and using an RF scanner.
• Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• General distribution knowledge.
• Proficiency in using a PC.
• Strong initiative and drive for results.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks as outlined, with or without accommodation.
• Normal field of vision corrected to 20/40 in each eye and sufficient hearing to safely operate MHE in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
