ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Management Analyst to join our team in Stafford Virginia. 

This position will directly assist Marine Corps ICD 705 TF with the staff and organizational coordination necessary to facilitate and oversee construction of multiple ICD 705 semi-permanent structures across the Marine Corps and their transition to receiving units.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain day-to-day Program operations and execution across multiple functions of the Task Force including design activities, coordination with other government and industry partners, ICD 705 TF leadership, higher headquarters, other senior Marine Corps commands and receiving Marine Corps organizations as the lead staff coordinator.
• Provide direct support to TF leadership across draft, maintain, and coordinate multiple administrative functions.
• Draft and track Power Point presentations, track informal and formal correspondence and organize meetings

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ related experience; an additional 8 years of progressive experience might be substituted for a degree.
• Experience working/coordinating with senior commands in the Marine Corps, including HQMC and MEFs.

Clearance Requirements:

• Candidate must hold an active current TS/SCI clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
