Job Description

Requirements:

• Must be available to work flexible schedules, including holidays, weekends, and late shifts.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, flooring, gutters, and drains. The technician will handle carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to ensure the building's proper and safe maintenance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing routine preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of building systems and prevent deterioration.
• Carrying out maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Cleaning and repairing fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.
• Operating and maintaining HVAC equipment and related systems.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, safety, documentation, and reporting regulations.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing codes.
• Understanding of OSHA and local safety requirements.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and team player.
• Valid driver's license required.
