Water Treatment Sales & Lead Generation Representative

Location: Partnered retail locations across Denver and Aurora (Costco locations) Schedule: Flexible part-time & full-time options available (12-40 hours per week)

About the Role: We're looking for high-energy, outgoing professionals to join our team as Water Treatment Sales & Lead Generation Representative. In this role, you will proactively engage retail customers at designated kiosks, generate leads for our water treatment sales team, and set up service appointments. If you're a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and loves the challenge of sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Why You'll Succeed Here:

• Huge Earning Potential: $17/hr + Commission ($50-$80,000K/yr)!

Bonus Structure:

$25 per appointment run by a salesperson

$10 per service lead run by a technician (+ additional commission if it results in a sale)

$50 per RO system sold

$100 per refiner/conditioner sold

$100 per full home system combo package sold

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

• Proactively approach customers in retail stores to discuss home servicesno waiting around, YOU make it happen!
• Engage confidently: Use your communication skills to schedule appointments and build relationships.

• Explain features and benefits of the various products and services while gathering information from the customers on their individual needs
• Schedule an appointment for one of our sales consultants to visit the customers home to provide an estimate for product and services
• Build rapport and relationships with the store's leadership team
• Attend required monthly meetings and trainings

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using an iPhone or other devices to manage appointments and track sales. Use apps like; WENGEN, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, UKG, Adobe Fill & Sign.

• Hungry to make a lot of money in a great sales gig with no experience needed
• Desire to move into a high-level sales or sales-driven trades career path
• Sees rejection as an opportunity to springboard into success
• Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
• Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
• A+ communication and customer service skills
• Must have reliable transportation
