Job Description IT Support Analyst and IT Support Analyst, Intermediate Information Technology Support Services is seeking an IT Support Analyst or Intermediate to join our Service Desk Team. This role serves as a central point of contact for technology support for NAU students, faculty, staff, and affiliates. The successful candidate must be customer service focused, outgoing, and enjoy working in a team in a fast-paced environment. IT Support Analyst Responsibilities Provide technical support via telephone, email, chat, and remote access tools, including support during regular hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations. Assist with support for Canvas LMS, university applications, operating systems, internet, and other applications. Address security issues such as secure connections, phishing, account remediation, and device lockouts. Coordinate Tier 2 support requests and escalate complex issues. Communication and Collaboration Coordinate service outages and work with support teams. Collaborate with campus IT professionals to resolve issues. Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Documentation and Reporting Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge bases. Industry Knowledge and Technical Skills Stay current with relevant technologies in higher education. Other Duties Perform additional duties as assigned, including on-call support. Additional Support Responsibilities Manage telephony requests and troubleshoot issues. Coordinate telephony features with Microsoft Teams, handle phone number assignments, call queues, and voicemail setup.
