Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner focused on Automation products, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog management for automation initiatives—spanning RPA, JIRA, workflow orchestration, test automation, and API-driven process automation. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and DevOps to deliver solutions that reduce manual effort, mitigate risk, and improve service quality. Create clear and concise business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, and user stories. Develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups to illustrate requirements visually.

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, OR Business Administration, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) with a strong technical focus.
• Experience: 2–5 years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role delivering automation or enterprise software products.
• Agile & Scrum: Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Technical Acumen: Familiarity with RPA platforms, workflow engines, and API integrations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven track record collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Experience with Python and Power BI is a plus.
