Human Resource Coordinator

One of our clients located in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a hands-on Human Resource Coordinator to support the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations. What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, including offer letters, I-9s, W-4s, and E-Verify
• Support leave administration (LOAs) and minor workplace injury follow-ups
• Partner with payroll and leadership on compensation benchmarking and FLSA compliance
• Coordinate benefits open enrollment, including early morning sessions with onsite teams
• Deliver compliance and new hire training
• Maintain and enforce HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Provide thoughtful, day-to-day support to a tenured employee population

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG experience is a plus)
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• SHRM or PHR certification is a strong advantage
• Clear communication, interpersonal savvy, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%
