Position Overview: Provide administrative support in a hospital setting, perform clerical and customer service functions, and handle non-technical duties.

Essential Functions:

• Perform clerical tasks such as mailing, filing, data entry, typing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
• Greet visitors and communicate with patients and providers.
• Manage phone calls and messages.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain office organization and supplies.
• Handle information requests and review files and records.
• Coordinate workflow and record office activities.
• Manage basic accounting functions like invoices and petty cash.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience: At least 1 year of clerical experience preferred.

Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work independently, handle stressful environments.
